1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Watching or interacting with the channel on YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. About the content

The website and the Airsoft Ghost videos are for entertainment and general information only. They show airsoft, a recreational sport played with replica guns that fire plastic BBs, at organized fields, between consenting players using protective equipment. They do not show real firearms, are not instruction or training, do not promote violence, and are not professional, legal or safety advice.

3. Safety and legal compliance

Do not attempt anything shown without proper protective equipment (including full-seal eye protection), field rules and supervision. Laws on buying, carrying, transporting, owning and using airsoft replicas differ by country and region, including age limits, licensing and transport rules. You alone are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. Never carry, display or brandish a replica in public. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss or legal consequence resulting from attempting anything shown.

4. Gear, products and opinions

Reviews and opinions are personal. Mentioning a product, brand, retailer or field is not an endorsement or affiliation unless clearly stated. Specifications, prices and availability change — check for yourself before buying. Disclosure: if any video includes a paid promotion, sponsorship, gifted product or affiliate link, it will be disclosed in the video and/or its description as required by YouTube's policies and applicable law (such as the US FTC Endorsement Guides).

5. Intellectual property

All videos, footage, edits, graphics, the "Airsoft Ghost" name, the ghillie character artwork, and the content of this website belong to Airsoft Ghost or are used under license. You may watch for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to the original videos. You may not download, re-upload, repost, re-edit, compile, sell, or use our content (including in AI or machine-learning training datasets) without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law (such as fair use or fair dealing). Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. People who appear in our videos

Videos are filmed during organized airsoft games where cameras are common and expected. If you appear in a video and would like to be blurred or removed, or believe a video affects your privacy, email dira85783 [at] gmail.com with the video link and timestamp. We review every request in good faith, usually within 7 days, and will blur, edit or remove content where appropriate. You can also use YouTube's privacy complaint process.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe our content infringes your copyright, email dira85783 [at] gmail.com with:

• (a) the work you believe is infringed;
• (b) the link and timestamp of the material;
• (c) your contact details;
• (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• (e) a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
• (f) your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond promptly. You can also use YouTube's copyright process.

8. Music and third-party material

Any third-party music or material in our videos is used under license or as permitted by law. Rights holders with a concern can contact us and we will address it promptly.

9. Third-party links and services

Links to YouTube, GitHub and other services are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airsoft Ghost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use the website (which is nothing) or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airsoft Ghost from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or content or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the State of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
